Dear Members,

As indicated in my last quarterly update, all capital spending was placed on hold until the prosecution charges by WorkSafe Victoria against the Gisborne Golf Club were heard in the Kyneton Magistrates Court on November 25th 2019.

This matter has now been finalised and the penalty received was a 2 year good behaviour bond with no conviction. The Gisborne Golf Club was also ordered to pay $10,000 to the Courts charity.

This matter is now closed and I thank the members for their patience during this period. I will provide more details of club activities and expenditure in my next quarterly update.
