Hi Members

Please be advised that next Monday 2nd of October and Tuesday 3rd of October, the ground staff will be renovating the greens for the upcoming spring and summer months. 9 holes on the course will be closed on alternative days to allow the team to complete the project.

Although the greens are currently in great condition, they still need to be cored to promote even more growth coming into the warmer months.

Please see below from superintendent Lee Govan,

“After verticutting yesterday to prepare, we will be solid tining with 15mm tines, topdressing to fill holes, and adding amendments to the greens.”

“We will also tine tees, and allow to breath for awhile, before scarifying, topdressing and oversewing.”
