COVID-19 Latest Update

Posted on: 23 March

As you will be aware, there have been additional restrictions introduced by the Federal and State governments in an effort to reduce the spread of the virus. This will have a financial impact on the club as we need to cease all food and beverage service in the club house. The golf course will remain open for business as usual. Our normal competition days will continue, but it will not be possible to make use of the club house or the deck area for post round food and drink.

This is going to be a very difficult period for the club, but we will get through this if we stick together. We need your continued support of the club now more than ever to ensure our long-term survival.

The committee have implemented a number of changes in an effort to reduce the risk of infection through your continued use of the golf course and as a result of the closure of the club house. This is in addition to the changes that were communicated on the 20th March

Please support each other by talking about these golfing changes ensuring we all do the right thing. We have a lot of members who have health issues, immune deficiency and they need our support. Let’s protect them. Thank you for your understanding and support.
