From Aug 1 2019, there will be a maximum 3-month period in which to collect your Nearest-The-Pin or Best-Back-Nine prizes. So if you haven’t collect your prize within 3 months of winning, then it will be considered a donation back to the Club. In conjunction with that change, we will be upgrading the quality of balls awarded and improving the variety of glassware.

This change has been brought about because we have unclaimed prizes going back to 2018, and we want to encourage members to collect their prize in a timely manner and reduce the admin required to keep track of unclaimed winnings.

As part of the transition, members will have until July 31 to collect any prizes, and the 3-month rule will be in force after that. So anything not collected by July 31 will be considered a donation back to the Club.
