A Special General Meeting was held on Wednesday the 20th of September to vote on the following resolutions for the irrigation project.

1. That the Committee be sanctioned to grant security over the real property of the Club,
including the course and clubhouse.

2. The Members approve of the Committee, on behalf of the Club, borrowing $1.5M in excess
of the borrowing limit set out in Rule 80 of the Club ($500,000). The increase in the
borrowing limit is only approved to the extent it will be used to fund the purchase and
installation of the irrigation project.

After some questions from the floor and healthy debate amongst those that attended, the vote was held and the majority were in favour.

The committee are now working on taking the project to the next stage.
