NW Pennant Update

Our North West Pennant team is back in the winners circle with a 7 1/2 – 4 1/2 victory over RAAF Laverton on Sunday the 2nd of Feb.
Some stand out performances from Barry Aarons who won his match 9/7, Wayne Stewart (6/4), Dom Hogan (5/4), Doug Burgin (5/3) and new member John Burns (5/4). This comes after an unfortunate loss to Goonawarra 4 games to 8 over the Australia Day weekend. The team has one more shot to make the finals – they play Mt Derrimut on Sunday the 9th of February at home. It would be great to see as many members out and about to support the team this Sunday. Fingers crossed a finals spot awaits.
