Dear Members,

A new Extreme Weather Policy has been adopted by the Committee. The full policy document can be found on the ‘Rules of the Club web page, but here are the key points:

• This is being done for the well being of the individuals
• Temperature as per the club’s feed on the web site is forecast to be 38 degrees or above.
• Decision made at 4:00pm the day before.
• If implemented, all time-sheet entries will be deleted.
• If below 42 degrees, new time-sheet with shotgun start at 8:00am (except for Wednesday, hit off before 9:00am).
• Social golf still available with shotgun start at 8:00am or after 1:00pm
• Course closed if temperature forecast to be 42 degrees or above.
