It is within the club rules that all members and guests report to the pro shop before playing on the course.

There are a number of reasons for this, including liability for any accidents or damage, and needing to know who is on course in the event of emergencies.

Can you please make sure that you have booked on the booking sheet for any golf, and that you report into the pro shop before teeing off.

I don’t know how many times I here someone say, I looked at the sheet and no one was booked in, then I get to the course and there are people everywhere. If you all use the sheet, then everyone is aware of available times. This is especially important coming into the better weather.
