Membership Payments

Hi Members

Membership payments for those on monthly instalments are run on the 15th of each month. This is an automated system for direct debits and cc payments.

Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payments, and also if you are paying by credit card, that your card details are up to date if it has expired.

If the funds are not in the account, it costs the club fees as well as yourself, along with days of extra work trying to chase people up and recover payment. 

All annual renewals are notified via email before the payment is deducted, again this will happen on the 15th of that month, so please make sure you have funds to cover the payment or your card details are up to date.

If your account remains unsettled after 30 days, your membership will made inactive, after 60 days you will be resigned from the club.

If you are having issues paying your membership, please contact me to work out options, whether that be a different membership or a payment plan.

To update your details on the system, please call Lisa in the office on 5428 2493. Lisa is available all week except Wednesdays.
