Ladies News 20/04
Posted on: 24 April
Hello all,
The weather on Wednesday was certainly kinder than the previous week, with generally calm conditions and breakthrough sun.
There were 33 entrants playing in the Stableford Competition, and the 9-hole social groups followed the field.
New bunker access steps were spied. Some laying down at the side of the 17th and another set on the 16th .
Great news for those of us who find ourselves in those evil sandy traps !

For those players wishing to join in the competitions you must pay before teeing off on Wednesday 26th.
Linda Miller or Maryanne Mocnik will collect your $16 at the pro shop before they tee off at 9.28.
You can also leave your $16 with Brett or Lisa at the office before Wednesday in a clearly labelled envelope.
At the end of this weekly message is the list of players who have paid their block entry to date, however there is one name missing based on the cash collected !! Aughh
Please check for your name. If you paid and can’t see your name, please let us know.
Note: There are three charity competition events played by Victorian golfing women state-wide.
To qualify for an event, you don’t have to play in the other events. You may play in one, two, or all events.
If you miss one event you can still play the others.
The first event on April 26 is the Royal Women’s Hospital 4BBB Stableford for teams of two.
The other two events are Doris Chambers Stableford Foursomes, usually in October, and the state-wide final of the Silver Spoon, usually in November.
