Hole in One 24/06

Congratulations to one of our newer members, Marc Chappel, who had a Hole in One on the 16th in Saturday’s competition
I asked Marc for a rundown of the shot, please see below
The shot was on the 16th. It had started raining whilst we were on the 15th so I didn’t take much time over the shot.
The hole was measured at 143m so I grabbed the 8 iron. Struck it perfectly, started off to the left of the hole and had the ball slightly move left to right. It landed a foot directly behind the hole and spun back in.
The hailstorm struck the very next hole, but nobody cared in the group as everyone was still talking about how pure the shot was.
